GENERAL
All Personal Information (From Artist + Client side) should be kept private.
I may refuse your Commission Request for various reasons.
You do not receive the art files in the final delivery, you will merely receive a transparent and normal version via delivery.
All prices listed are for already created Designs.
PAYMENTS
Payment is upfront unless we agree on split payments for big orders.
Fees included in the final price.
REVISIONS
I allow 5 Revisions for free during the Sketch phase.
Any revisions requested after you approved the Sketch will be an additional 5$* per change.
Any revisions requested after the rendering phase will be +10$ per change.
Changes will not be made until the payment has been paid in full.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
My worktime is ~3 weeks per drawing.
Rush fees are between 20-80% depending on deadline.
USE
Don't edit my Art to change colors or to remove my Signature.
Don't use my Art to train AI/Use it for NFT.
Don't use it for Commercial use if you didn't buy the rights.
Don't claim to be the Artist of my Artwork, all artworks are done by myself.
You may use my art as profile pictures, banners or general Art as long as credit is given.
Purchase Commercial use for anything else.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I reserve the copyright to my Artwork.
REFUNDS
I don't offer refunds unless I, the Artist, am not able to finish your Commission within a timely manner.
